Refund and Cancellation policy

At Arya Recharges, we strive to provide the best possible service. Please read and understand our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchase.

Final Sale Policy:
All sales made via your panel, provided by Arya Recharges, are final once executed, and the payment has been deducted. As such, no refund, exchange, or cancellation will be permitted. You are solely responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process, and any charges resulting from incorrect information provided by you will be borne by you.

Arya Recharges is not responsible for any recharge processed for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number, toll card, or data card information. It is your responsibility to verify all details before placing any order through your panel.

Recharge Delivery Failure:
In the event that a recharge transaction is completed, but the recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of the transaction and payment has been deducted, please notify us by sending an email to our customer service at muruli222@gmail.com or by raising a ticket. Arya Recharges will investigate the issue, and if it is found that the recharge was not delivered and the payment was indeed deducted, we will process the refund within 7 working days.

Third-Party Services:
If the service or recharge is provided by a third-party vendor, the refund process will be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party. In such cases, the refund timelines will be governed by the third-party vendor's refund policy, and you agree to be bound by those terms.

IT Services:
Once IT services have been rendered or executed, they cannot be reversed. Any amendments or alterations to such services may incur additional charges.

Third-Party Price Changes:
Charges for services provided by third-party vendors are determined solely by those vendors. If a vendor alters their prices, the new pricing will apply without prior notice. Any orders executed after such a price change will be subject to the updated price, whether before or after the service is completed.

Cancellation Policy:
If we receive a cancellation notice for a service order within 24 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to cancel the order and refund the full amount. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 days.
